Offers of this kind are still individually negotiable and depend on the requested service and effort.

When booking by the hour the hourly rate is 45€.

These prices include the luxemburgish VAT of 17%

which is valid since 1.1.2015

Discounts

Pupils- and Students can obtain a discount of up to 25%. This discount is also applicable for pupils and students of the local Luxembourgish music schools such as the CAVEM, Music Factory Roeser, Musikschule Dudelange or the Conservatory etc... Special Conditions can also be offered to local music clubs and harmonies.
As SAE Alumni (Carsten), we also offer to SAE students and alumni a discount of 35%.
It is self-explanatory that the discounts can only be given if the pupils and students provide a valid certificate. For SAE or SAE alumni the membership pass is sufficient.
With school or student bands at least half of the band members must still be pupils or students and whereas this half must be under the age of 25. For SAE students and SAE alumni no restriction exists.

Administrative support for media reproduction:

Full administrative services such as the administrative support for the mastering process, the SACEM/GEMA/GVL formalities with the press shop and the print shop, and for publication at online platforms such as iTunes, Amazon, Soundcloud or Spotify using agreed service providers a fixed price of 100€ must be billed depending on the price schema booked.

Live-mixing or live recording

For a booking as live mixing engineer 35€ per hour will be billed.
A full PA system cannot be provided by Audio Cavern. For these kind of services other local companies can be booked. However, we can provide cables, adapters, live-drum microphones or small and medium mixing desks. Depending on the effort required to provide this equipment, a rent must be billed.
For the booking of a live multi-track recording an hourly rate of 35€ will be charged (Note: equipment must be provided from another service company).

Rental:

Additional equipment or instruments can be rented from our partners. The prices must be requested on a case by case basis from our partners or 3rd party companies. However Audio Cavern can be of help here and use connections to support the client.
